WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO AT APEX —

(aka “What You’d Tell Your Parents When They Ask What You Got Hired For”)

We acquire new customers on behalf of our clients.
This means talking to and connecting with all types of humans (although, we have quite a few pet whisperers) and helping connect our ideal customers to our clients ideal products and services.
After we deem our customer and products/services a mutual good fit — The fun part comes in.
We sell.
If you read that and thought about the typical salesman who is overly pushy and grabs your hand at the mall kiosk for a lotion sample before asking — Reset your mind. That’s not Apex.
After we sell, the even cooler part comes into play. We retain our customers through answering questions, having product knowledge (With our telecomm clients, we tend to get nerdy about tech!), and sharing our knowledge and excellent customer service with our customers to continue and manage the conversation.
